Three rules we don't break.
No paid placements. Ever.
Every product on this site was either bought with our own money or borrowed for testing. We don't take sponsorships, we don't run "promoted" posts, and we will tell you when we're wrong.
If we couldn't test it, we don't review it.
Reviews require at least two weeks of real-world use against the nearest competitor. Buying guides require side-by-side testing across at least three contenders. No spec sheet reviews, no hot takes.
The cons column is always full.
Every product has flaws. Our reviews surface them — 2 to 4 honest disadvantages, always. If we can't think of any, we haven't tested it long enough yet.
The desk.
A small editorial team. Each reviewer covers one or two categories deeply, not all of them shallowly.
